In my daily life, I interact with and use various disposable items. They are constantly being discarded and bought again. Yet, this constant change makes me feel like they are growing and have their own vitality.


These containers keep company with me during lockdown, which makes me feel that they carry more than just food or liquid. They carry space, and this space is connected to the outer space of my life in my narrative.


In my still life series, I use the pate de verre technique. During the firing process, cracks appeared on the surface of my containers. These cracks allow the light to pass through, connecting internal and external space, and make me feel like the containers are breathing.
